1 1/2 c. Chopped Roma Tomatoes
2 T. Diced red onion
1 Large garlic clove- minced
1/2 T Chopped fresh Basil leaves (4-6)
1/2 t. Olive oil
1/4 t. Salt
Dash of Pepper
Mix together and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with French bread brushed with olive oil and garlic salt, then broiled.

woohoo! another recipe! bruchetta sounds good. i miss living in california where my mom and dad made it on occasion! as soon as i get more time...in a few weeks when schools out...i'll try it!
I tried this recipe last night and we put a little bit of balsamic vinegar in it and pinenuts with chicken ontop and oh my goodness!!! It was amazing. Joseph loved it.
